I've worked for Globo's sales teams as a User Experience Designer focused on the customer's journey. I led the Checkout Web team close to the business and operations people, designing a new experience for a new business model Globo was pursuing.

Some of the work involved reimagining many user flows in the sales' journey. Prototyping and doing UX researches with a bunch of testings.

During that time, I also had to present user flows to company executives and partners, like Disney, Deezer and many others.
