Globo is one of the biggest media-tech companies in the world – the biggest in Latin America with over 30 digital products from all sorts of different business models and necessities
Our challenge was to create a coherent design ecosystem for over 100 product teams without taking away the autonomy and personality of the brands
I was involved in all decisions, from 0 to 1 of the Codex. From the base foundations with color, typography, spacings, etc until complex components for our users.
We've increase development productivity in 25% by creating a 'Design System as a Service' wich made possible to have each product with it's own personality and still be part of a bigger ecosystem.
